"Win a XXXX" Competition Terms and Conditions.

This Promotion is only open to legal residents of the United Kingdom and it's Crown Dependencies, aged 18 or over, excluding employees of American Audio Co, their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion.

Promotion Period : Each competition will run for a specified period. Please see each individual competition for details of start date/time and the end date/time. 

To Enter : Visit www.americanaudioco.uk/shop/competition/winasub, select your answer and purchase your ticket or tickets, if required.  Payment can only be made via Debit/Credit Card. We request that you enter you register for our news and updates email to be entered into the competition.  Without these details we will not be able to contact you if you are a winner or send your prize.
We do not share your details with anyone or any other company outside of the competition, other than our delivery courier. Any paid for ticket purchase and entries are non-refundable and your entry can not be amended or changed afterwards. You may enter as many times as you like throughout the period the competition is running providing each entry is accompanied by the purchase of a ticket or tickets. All entries must be received by the end of the competition period to be valid and no liability is accepted for incomplete, illegible, incorrect or late entries.

The Prize : Please see the specific competition for details of the prize available for the current competition.  The prize is non-transferable, is not exchangeable and has no cash or other alternatives in whole or in part.  In the event American Audio Co offer a cash value prize, this must be redeemed for products on our website and the cash prize value is based on manufacturers recommended retail price at the time of the winner announcement.  No cash alternative is available.

Prizes must be claimed within 10 days of being notified by telephone or email.  Failure to claim the prize or prizes within that period will result in a roll over. American Audio Co reserves the right to substitute the prize or prizes for an alternative of at least equal or greater value.

Please allow up to 7 days for delivery of the prize from the date of winner announcement, notification and confirmation.  The prize or prizes will only be delivered to the UK address given by the entrant at the time of entry.

Winner Selection : All valid entries (entries who have registered or answered the question correctly) received by American Audio Co during the competition period will pass through our independent promotional verification process which will moderate all entries.  The moderated entries will then be entered into a randomised draw which will be conducted as part of the independent promotional process. The winner details will be supplied to American Audio Co by the independent verification company and American Audio Co will then contact the winner via a telephone call and streamed on social media after competition closure, which can be viewed at www.facebook.com/americanaudioco

Winner Notification : Winners will be contacted via phone and email on the telephone number and email address provided upon entry within 7 days of the live draw and will be required to confirm eligibility plus acceptance of the prize within 72 hours. In the event a winner does not respond to communications via telephone or email within 72 hours of the first telephone call and/or email or has given incorrect contact information, American Audio Co reserves the right to disqualify that winner and the prize will be allocated to an alternative entrant selected in the same manner.

Moderation : American Audio Co and our independent promotional verification process will reject entries which, in our reasonable opinion contains any content that is offensive or could reflect negatively on the name, reputation, or goodwill of American Audio Co or any brand partner; including trademarks, logos, or copyright material not owned by you or used without the rights owner's prior written permission (including famous names, company names, etc.); defames, misrepresents, or insults other people or companies, including, but not limited to American Audio Co (including its partners); and promotes any political agenda. American Audio Co reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.

American Audio Co may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and a prize or prizes may be withheld unless and until American Audio Co is satisfied with the verification.

All entries must be made by the entrant themselves. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries, entries by macros, bots or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter), and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted.

If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer or computers to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that entrant’s entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the Promotion, that entrant’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.

No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed or as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. American Audio Co will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion, delivery of the prize and communication regarding future competitions and for no other purpose unless we have your consent.

American Audio Co cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss or injury suffered by any entrant entering the competition or as a result of accepting any prize or prizes. Nothing shall exclude American Audio Co liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence. If for any reason the competition is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of American Audio Co which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, American Audio Co reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to terminate, modify or suspend the competition.

If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of American Audio Co and which prevents American Audio Co from complying with these terms and conditions American Audio Co will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to American Audio Co and that Facebook has no liability for any element of this competition.

The winner will be required to participate in any reasonable publicity arising from the promotion, including live winner announcements via telephone for use on American Audio Co's social media, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, American Audio Co's website www.americanaudioco.uk and future email promotions. If you are the winner of the competition, you agree that American Audio Co may use your full name, image, prize or prizes won and county of residence to announce the winner of this competition and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes.

The name and county of the winner will be available at www.americanaudioco.uk/pages/winners within 7-10 working days of the Live Prize Announcements (these details will be available for a minimum of 3 months) or by contact American Audio Co directly. By entering this competition, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions. American Audio Co decision is final and binding in all matters relating to this competition and no correspondence shall be entered into, details in these terms and conditions are correct at the time of publication but are subject to change without notice.

Any changes made will not place existing entries at a disadvantage. In this case, all entries will have the same chance of winning. The terms and conditions of this competition shall be interpreted and applied on the basis of English Law and the Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
